Inside has been glazed to allow pod vase to be filled with water when needed. Ceramic "seeds" in the center can be removed in order to arrange flowers in the pod. When not in use, the pod can stand alone as a decorative piece.
Pod and seeds can be hand-washed with soap and water. Do NOT place in dishwasher.
